		<description>Yep, they are all closed in the Javascript to start so if JS is turned of or unsupported you just get all of them open.

By the way, for anyone else who is reading this, the site in question gets over 26% of it&#039;s traffic from Firefox users, and an additional 3-4% Opera &amp; Safari, so I didn&#039;t have any qualms about using CSS that isn&#039;t supported in IE. Especially since it&#039;s just bells &amp; whistles, and I was able to mostly replicate it in the conditional comments.</description>
