Most of my bookmarks are the result of a "Stumble". You do have to watch your time management though. I often have to hide the toolbar because that Stumble button taunts me until I click it when I'm trying to work :). I have used it for quite a while. The pages come up based on how many other people have voted for them - the more votes the more likely you are to see it.
